Leadership Communication
The essentials of leading with confidence
What is Leadership Communication?
When we think of Leadership Communication the first thing that comes to mind is clarity, confidence and effectively influencing others. This can only happen when your goals and aspirations are aligned with your beliefs, values and strengths.
Here are a few things we work on in your individual coaching sessions:
- Being clear about what and how you want to say things
- Having greater awareness of how you come across when communicating
- Taking risks and standing behind what you’re saying
- Recognizing what motivates you and what stifles you
- Understanding and leveraging your role within your organization or industry
- Transforming the ‘What’s in it for me?’ into ‘What’s in it for them?’ for more effective buy-in
- Listening well and asking cathartic questions
- Being assertive and direct when the circumstances call for it
- Setting clear boundaries around time, energy and priorities
- Being authentic and unapologetic in your leadership and communication style
- Voice coaching
This and more can be explored in my Individual Coaching and Group Training. As a result, the inner and outer leader are in greater alignment, making your communication more genuine, smarter and more impactful.
